  • prepares presentations of data for staff and students
  • spends three very full days in the school a to facilitate the conversations that will lead to an effective strategy for making teaching and learning even more enjoyable.
During the first year of the PROGRESS Programme, the school produces a strategy for shaping an even more dynamic learning environment.

In subsequent years, that strategy is reviewed and revised.
